Ok Mik said something that caught some interest to I and some of the other Admins.

Starting as of right this second no more challenging up losing then challenging again right away! From now on if you challenge and lose you are stuck for 24 hours. To many people holding up on duels for position on the ladder and to many people like BluntBill420 and James are getting stuck because people are taking advantage over the system.

If you challenge and Lose you cannot challenge again for 24 hours!

Well technically sean the rule was post AND pm challenge, technically making both banclan and reg challeneges invalid, but i honestly dont care enough to argue tbh. reg can have the challenge vs banclan even though i was stuck and waiting to challenge up for all of today and now since reg always waits til last day to do his match ill have to wait another 3 more days before i can challege 3rd but whatever lol idc to argue it, just from now on everybody needs to save a copy of their challenge pm's so that if somone posts a challenge and the person being challenged claims they were never pm'd it'll be up to the challenger to provide a screenshot of the pm sent, otherwise challenge will be invalid. and by screenshot i mean a screenshot, a forwarded pm or a quote of the message will not work since its extremely easy to fake those. also scotts new rule of loser waiting 24 hours to challenge up sounds good to me.

Yeah stuff like that can't happen anymore. Even though we did that we didn't hurt the ladder at all man. We all pounded out our duels 1 after the other. The problem is people are doing shady shit to climb their way to the top or hold down a position after they get stomped because they don't want to go backwards on the ladder. We need this to implement movement on the ladder, to many people getting stuck.

I don't understand how this is such an issue. First of all my challenge should count since there was no rule until you have recently just made one about not being able to challenge for 24hours after losing a duel. People get stuck we all have been stuck at one point on the ladder..It just so happened the person above me didn't have a duel pending so I had the right to challenge then. Not only that but being able to challenge 1 - 2 places ahead of you gives you two chances to challenge someone, but most people like to jump up two places therefore always challenge that way. There is no shady shit happening..that is pure speculation.

no probs im not getting into the argument over this crap lol ive always done my damnedest to make sure i keep everything going smoothly and since i posted valid challenge and shit, im letting reg banclan and scott sort out the issue there and if it'd decided that their shits invalid then mine is valid, if its decided that banclan gets the match vs fish, mine vs reg is valid, & if its decided that reg gets the match vs banclan then so be it lol
