It's pretty similar to fire sorc using Firewall as finisher, both are pretty good.
Are any of these cases considered off limits per the rules?

EDIT: thunderstorm is a pretty cheesy finisher as well and it is allowed, i'm assuming the former should be allowed as well?

In the rules:
Enchant builds, Widow and Passion are banned from SvS. Frozen Orb or any other defensive type of sorceress are banned (Infinity Ts, Frozen orb, ect)

I assume this means the skill in general as well, at least that’s how I always understood it.

Just want final clarification as Orb as a finisher would be huge...

Also have a lightning orb that adds to +1 frozen orb, and Broodwich loves using it as well I assume

It would definitely make for creative items to strive for and a little fun to the game
