Oh look, without him there, each person is now only dueling 2 ranks above them. Since horm is "afk" he is no longer "challengeable" and since he can't be "challenged" then Rule #3 isn't applicable if he IS left in the picture because it says you can CHALLENGE 2 ranks above you but since he can't be CHALLENGED then he is no longer one of the 2 ranks mentioned in Rule #3.

Yep that's how I saw it. We need to add a rule in there since it's more common that someone will go "on hold" now since the ladder is so big so hopefully we avoid any future issues.
