k we dont rly have rules regarding hybrids but i guess allowing 1 hybrid per char is ok? as long as they obey all the max resist/ stack/ sorb rules

yeah ima go ahead and say 1 hybrid per character is allowed, so long as u still abide by all the rules regarding resistance cap, rep, etc

if no1 keeps me updated via ladder or pm on whether someone is dodging or not then im nulling duels

Big notifications so this ladder doesn't becoming so inactive/dead

Note: If both s/s's are not present in your victory post the duel will be a loss. You will have to re-challenge the user and go through all the steps. Please comply with this as it keeps the ladder a cleaner place for all gm duelers.

1) The 3 day dodge rule is strictly enforced, a dodge count will be added to the person challenged unless an extension is requested. When posting a dodge mention it before due date for challenge, and post a s/s of your pm's.
2) If you need an extension, PLEASE post that you need it so it will not be counted as a dodge.
3) If a user surpasses 2 dodges, he/she will be removed from the ladder.
4) If a user receives 2 consecutive dodges, he/she will be removed from the ladder.
5) If you are going to be on vacation for more than 2 weeks at a time, you will be removed from the ladder and will have to work your way back up.
6) If you were last seen 6 or more days ago, you will be removed from the ladder.
7) If you do not have PM access, you will be removed from the ladder.
8) If you would like to help update the ladder, please contact myself or one of the mediators/updaters.
9) Spam WILL NOT be tolerated here, pm each other if you have that big of a problem or go slam each other in a pub (Idgaf)
10) If someone is taking vacation status in order to come back at a more advantageous time they will be suspended the first time, Banned on the second offense

ik bmanas n btals are also considered "hacked" items but hybrids r recent and imo overpowered but i dont wanna ban em cuz that means id have to ban bmanas n shit too, so allowing 1 seems fair enough

fine, all hybrids are allowed but the rule is subject to change if i c its causing a major disadvantage im changing it, for now feel free to use all hybrids as long as u abide by the rules
