He technically has tomorrow to duel you. There is a 24 hour extension on the duel. So I don't think you can call dodge just yet.

If you'd get your challenges done more quickly you'd have more opportunity to challenge ahead of you...

it will be considered a dodge, and you will get his spot. Personally, I do not think there was any reason to request an extension after reading the pms and the ss's showing he was not online for the time he asked to duel you, but b/c you did, it now becomes his job to make sure he duels you. The sole fact that he did not reply to your pm's until the last day would be enough for me to call a dodge. There is no reason to not take 15 seconds to let the other person know your schedule for the next 3 days...

And can we please stop the spam. All of that could have been pm'd. I understand the dodge counts and rules have been confusing since vincent_1369 hasn't made any rulings on them, or even kept track of them at all, but I guess this is where the ladder is at.
