If no one tested him we can't just ban him it wouldn't be right. If you had said they actually did a test and he failed then it would be auto ban. But since no one did that they just suspect him of it since he didn't walk towards the other (which is shady sure) then I can't in good conscience ban him.

soo it's ok he shifts in other matchs but when we test him hes fine?

GEo was in pn/1 with bra bren chris. he explained to bra bren that i didntsee it...

The only time anyone actually caught him shifting was with adam. Since then there has been no proof that he shifted. Everyone is throwing that word around now so I highly doubt he actually did it. I mean even dave wrongly accused someone of shifting. I hate that this is such an issue now since it never was before.

well i beat ultrarobot 6-0
steve beat me 0-6 first set. then i beat him back 6-2 and 6-1 on set 2 and set 3
cuz of that. they said i was shifting ...

There was just a strong suspicion that you were shifting for other reasons which i'm not going to go into. But suspicion without proof is just suspicion. So since there was no test involved it's pretty much a dead issue for now at least.
