That being said it is also unnecessary to list everything dealing with it that is not allowed. If you just put medi is allowed but no hard point then you would also have to list that prayer is not allowed to have a hard point. easier to just say no prayer point, medi allowed.

I don't think people are grasping that Meditation =/= life replenish.

Life replenish caps apply to life replenish.
A completely passive stat that is always healing you so long as you've lost life.
Mediation has to be activated, using it stops you from playing how you should be to kill a competent high tier build (no one is going to stomp with Medi up..), and it prevents you from benefiting from Vigor or Concentration.
