Mana deprivation is strategy to me.
People prioritize Mana, I really don't see a point to just outright allowing pools/spots, especially if you allow it to turn into a guard the pool game. And if not it turns into a situation with a lot of pauses.

It equates to 3x the GM limit of life rep (and that's at 16-18, not 23).

Life rep:
(40/256)x25= 3.9 per second.
Meditation = 16(min for a hdin) per 2seconds. 16/2= 8 per second
You still keep your base life tree rep, so 3.9+8= 11.9 per second

11.9/3.9= 3
3x the GM limit lol

It could just be stated as:
Medi allowed (no hard point in prayer).

If a hard point in prayer is not allowed then it doesn't need to be listed because you can't put a hard point in it. That being said it is also unnecessary to list everything dealing with it that is not allowed. If you just put medi is allowed but no hard point then you would also have to list that prayer is not allowed to have a hard point. easier to just say no prayer point, medi allowed.
