as far as fraps go, when u make a video recording, the fps shit looks the same as it does in most ppl screenshots, if u were actually to take a s/s using fraps tho, im not sure how it would turn out but it would be easy for me to test tho. im pretty sure thats not what happens, fraps doesnt include things like "skip" or phys memory
