Don't need AR because of fools and angelics - will allready hit more than any other barb
Better to have more life and defense and let OW drain them while they can't hit you

That being said, I stronly encourage you guys to try fools + angelic setups. It was extremely strong (obviously needs to be a good fools weapon.)


Oh, I didn't know about OW cap, that's unfortunate - I like banning fortitude though
