how can you have str bug on bo slot but not on main?

I just know it happend yesterday as I tried something
gotta be an isue if u got not even 1 pt str stattet and usin botd/low str req belt

well, then this gonna force all upgr arre/196str req vision users to use -15 req jewels, or xx str bo weaps.
Most of the upgr arre users got helm str bugged on bo slot.

yes was never allowed.
but should be np with 2*50str bo weapons

i have send pm to kingeorge and foxhound several times..1.5 week ago they came online and they does not respond me..
(at least they can tell me something...

i wanna finishe this think..so do fast
