oh ic, so i can go get some *hacks* that my ias etc but it is only a 3rd party program and i won't be modding

ill accept that vote.

and ill cast my vote for down 5 spots, and he can only challenge up ONE rank at a time. (probationary period where next time he does this he goes to bottom NO EXCEPTIONS)
