Hard to duel some1 whos always online betwwen 1am and 4 am

seems to me like you guys are both getting on but not meeting up at same time cuz of time difference, if anything we null the duel since no1 is intentionally dodging =\ but in the future, if ur not on east cost (since this is escnl) you should work around the time frame of the person who IS on east

Big notifications so this ladder doesn't becoming so inactive/dead

Note: If both s/s's are not present in your victory post the duel will be a loss. You will have to re-challenge the user and go through all the steps. Please comply with this as it keeps the ladder a cleaner place for all gm duelers.

1) The 3 day dodge rule is strictly enforce, a dodge count will be added to the person challenged unless an extension is requested. (When posting a dodge mention it before the time to duel is over, and post a s/s of your pm to the user.
2) If you need an extension, PLEASE post that you need it so it will not be counted as a dodge.
3) If a user surpasses 2 dodges, he/she will be removed from the ladder.
4) If a user receives 2 consecutive dodges, he/she will be removed from the ladder.
5) If you are going to be on vacation for more than 2 weeks at a time, you will be removed from the ladder and will have to work your way back up.
6) If you were last seen 6 or more days ago, you will be removed from the ladder.
7) If you do not have PM access, you will be removed from the ladder.
8) If you would like to help update the ladder, please contact myself or one of the mediators/updaters.
9) Spam WILL NOT be tolerated here, pm each other if you have that big of a problem or go slam each other in a pub (Idgaf)

i understand that but i have been online on jsp all day today so far, and he has said that his availability is all day/that he would be online. i have also been online all the previous days except for one evening, and he has had ample time to schedule something with me since he is in east coast time zone.
