the whole idea of trying to lower someones resist and scum them to beat them is just bad, should try and prevent that as much as possible.
i agree with you but on the other hand... less restrictions make svs seem more accessible, and with shared stash we're all going to have sets of 20/11's anyway if needed so it shouldn't be too big of a deal
