Another rule update ** If you use Peace RW and Slow Missile is proc'd you have to either wait till SM effect is over or restart the match. Both Duelers need to agree Before your duels start. Example, if you are going to fight against someone that uses Peace RW, you need to make the decision first, if you or your opponent gets hit with Slow Missile you either wait it out or go to Akara and re-strat that matchup. This, again, needs to be determined before your FT5 Start. No decisions are made in between rounds of your matchup.
