to be honest should not be allowed mid tourney stay on same char. Just like changing on new ladder you should go to the bottom.

Finishing up my level job to 99. Whatever rules they have in other Laddders/Tournaments don't apply to mine, if you have to change your character is no problem.
People buy 99 accounts all the time or level up. There is new players on east like myself, that need a level job.

Even ugml allows you to change characters now. This is a tourney not a ladder, you can't restart at the bottom

When we came up with rules we wanted to make sure it was fair. Changing gear and stats makes more difference than levels. We don't require people to restart when they restat or buy new items, and are fine if you get a level job mid toruney or buy a 99.
