changing from max leap to max shout gives more of an advantage over maxing leap. That would be like my esfb maxing energy shield to reach 95% es vs my normal 75-80% vs a necromancer. It would be a higher advantage then previously specd

He is a moron for not being able to follow the rules...I mean...He followed the rule about not adding someone to the ladder because they posted their signup incorrectly. So does he just selective read and decide what is and is not okay for him to abide?
