Correction: 2/16/2014 at 02:39 AM for you Shawn, since you are on Eastern, and I am on Central. Sorry about the time zone confusion. I will also not be on in 2 hours, but I shall be on tomorrow afternoon.

<Challenging>

1) You are allowed to challenge up to 2 ranks above you until you get to #3 then you must duel #2, then #1.
2) You must PM the other party about the challenge FIRST then post challenge in this topic.
3) Challenge will be best 2/3 sets. The winner of each set will be the first to six. You must win each set by atleast 2 duels.
4) If you issued the Challenge you must wait 12 hours after it's completion to issue another Challenge.
5) If you lose a Challenge you must wait 48 Hours to re-challenge the same person.
6) 3-Day Dodge Rule (Afk, no-reply, no-show = auto-loss) 2 consecutive "dodges" = removed from Ladder.
7) If you cannot complete your Challenge on time it is your responsibility to PM your Challenger to inform them.
Once you've informed them, post in this Topic and ask for an extension. If you fail to do this Dodge Rule will be enforced.

I'm going to be in Texas for a full week starting the 24th.. The top issue in the previously stated post is the most pressing matter imo.

Note: Once you vote on the top issue in post #48, I will know what to do with Shadow's character, because some people have expressed their displeasure that he is still in the #3 spot and that #4 is allowed to challenge #2.. If you don't want this to be possible, then vote against that being the policy. This is not a dictatorship, I don't want to be making all of the decisions but without anyone putting in any input I don't know how y'all feel about it, aside from the negative comments of just a few of the 11 people in the ladder.

Let's see if I can state this clearly because I understand it in my head, but im not sure I can explain it.
What I proposed was to make it to where we are pretending that Shadow is not there.
This would move everyone up a spot. If everyone were moved up a spot, Kirsten would be #3, and Shawn would be #4.
If this were the case, then #4 could not challenge #2, he would have to duel #3 (kirsten) then #2 (glaedr)

When I was talking to you in-game I had it backwards. I was imagining #1 and #2 as being brought down 1, instead of everyone else as being brought up 1.

Another option for the vacation status would be to let them be gone for as long as they want, and when they get back let them challenge the person that is in their current spot. If they win they can take their spot back, and everyone would be moved down 1 spot. If they lose they start back at the bottom of the ladder and work their way back up.

Either way Shawn, you won't be able to challenge me until you get to #3 spot, and Kirsten is in a challenge atm.
