yes ofc it should be allowed.... its still a WW barb, they should have free choice over their own stats..

+ if they go max block they are going to have 1-2k less life vs everything else. Not to mention necs and druids are allowed to go max block as well..

respec-ing should be illegal though but that is difficult to moderate

barbs should be able to max block for teampk, but since the only opponent a barb will be shielding against in this ladder is another barb I don't really see the point of a barb going max block.

but I dunno... it is their build after all.

bva has shield, only bvc in fpk kthnx

shields are actually commonly used on switch or in cube in fpk duels, this is a fpk ladder

its not a bva or bvc its bvn/d/s/b

in 1v1 fpk tournaments barbs often vs other barbs in 1v1, so its wise to have a high block switch just in case that happens

the same applies here, all barbs should have equal choice

E/ all fpk duels only limit characters and skills, not stats
