imo it should be stated that unperm items ar not allowed

I mean if u need to perm u gear after duelz = you are out of the tournament

but if u got perm/legit stuff that do not need to be permed its fine

this should be fair for users who put a lot of effort and time to collect their items not just bought for this occasion lots of unperm goodies and try to play wise guys

I do not want to insult anyboody and I do not claim that some one got unperm stuff but we should play honestly with all perm / legit items we can afford and do not try dirty tricks.

Even 100% perf dungos, 100% perf grief(cb/ba), 100% perf arreat upgrade 504/6ll , and so on could be duped too... the fact is that eveything can be duped.
So we can turn around with such arguments without solve the problem....we can't know which items are permeds and which aren't, i don't see the point of talk about bb... we all can get easy such items duped for cheap price and then make bvb~
