If you are teleporting that close to town and manage to teleport in town that is not anyones fault but your own for being an idiot and should not be allowed to walk back out. Now if you get mb'd or leap'd just into the entrance of town then sure you are able to come back out.

I use dracs for OW's and I use exile for stacked def

never at the same time though..

also you have no rule on Doom/holyfreeze for paladins
and 5% max + 20% absorb should be GM
i.e. Lo + Wisp, or Waters + Dwarf

also iso mod spot. you know im fair/gm

Your rule list has always been flawed. They are painfully redundant, they allow for loopholes that you have overlooked, and they ban things you (hopefully) didn't intend to ban.

Are you aware that, according to your rules, ghosts are BM? Nearly all hybrid sins are also BM.
