instead of doing a mass turney why not battle for positions by challenging the position you want to take, if u lose u keep ur current position and if u win you gain their position and they move down a notch on the list.

The current ladder system will stand: New-comers will be placed at the bottom of the ladder, u will have to challenge your way up.

For screenshots of the 1 Kill required per challenge, you are not required to post it up but you may, and would be used in the event of disputes.
