any weapon with poison or cold damage( chance to cast a cold skill on attack falls under this rule) sorry no death boys
any weapon that emits an aura
if the weapon is ethereal it must have zod or rep mod
any armor or helm that has chance to cast above lvl 5 skill on attack


i know alot of you are aow nuts but this is not aow

this is closest to the old rules for d2r as i can get

for the fairness for all who enter


there is no cap on open wounds or damage reduced

200 ele dmg cap refers to fire and lightning damage if you do stack ele dmg (charms or jewels) dont forget if using grief and stormshield to add the ele dmg from them
