hey looking to join this soon but i've never pvp so i'm curious what these 2 rules mean....
-No multi abuse (0.8 3-volley multi rule is in effect)
-Phoenix shields are allowed if you really want to deal with the proc. (cause you're supposedly not allowed ctc items..)

On phoenix there is chance to cast firestorm, which lags game, among other things. Only thing I know about it, maybe they meant something else.

The 3 volley rule works like this. You may shoot multi 3x, but then you have to move. You cannot shoot multi 4x in a row. But you can shoot shoot shoot run shoot shoot shoot if you like, but you to at least move once. But maybe 2-3 of the zons will get close enough to you to multi. Vits hates being in y our grill lol. But vits and postit will be all up on your face, they love to tussle like that lol.
