14. Gear changes are allowed at anytime but only 3 times per Set of FT10. Allowance time for chaning gears will not be over 3 mins or the game will be forfeited.

we cannot know someone restat or not correctly, so I set time before.

referee should check duration to change gears.

If someone make delay over 3mins, it can be problem.

where in the rules did it say Restatting wasn't allowed...

I've been restatting all tournament.

i think they mean during an actual duel which makes sense to me

still nothing about that in the rules.

Every time I've switched in this tournament I've been respecing.

Do i get to duels again on second set for not allow me to reset my stats?
Also looking for New Tourney with join fees or with out, prefer join fees

thats a tough one
a time limit means people cant think for long
people are gonna start getting accused of restating if their gear changes take 2mins 50 secs , etc
i cant see how u can stop it while being fair myself

#1 reason:
maybe jupe lost too much and cant handle it anymore
so he made up another rule to stop people from restatsing when changing gear

#2 reanson:
maybe he's just impatient as well that restats + change gear together will just take too long and smashes people's patient

i suppose these are the 2 reasons
