I think the rule is like 80 or 83% or something like that, but even at 95% I promise your at a significant disadvantage unless you just want to spam offscreen for 10 minutes at a time

This. Stomp trading as ES against a vita FB sorc that has Lpc's optimized list while you're both at healthy life totals - you will almost always lose the trade unless you have a
significant life advantage.
and yeah here's the latest rules:
"Es Vs Vita Duels: Both sorcs may use mana pots only, ES must be under 79%."
so technically less than or equal to 78. I've been using cta staff w/ 3 es / 3ca - no hard pts which puts me right at 79, so i drop 1 skiller for 3x20/17s or whatever res i need, putting me at the gm 78.
