FBR BP's are 0% 13% 32% 86% 600% vs non-1H swinging weapons. Whitstan's hits the same BP as Stormshield.

Basically, if you play defensive more, higher FBR BP's won't really matter too much, however, if you play aggressively offensive, the higher FBR BP does help because it resets your characters block animation faster for the next consecutive hit. In my opinion, if you get hit while in block animation, it has a higher chance of hitting you.

wise words. ive tested it tho, and could never see much of a difference. movies used to use a phoenix shield aka no fbr/icb

Fits his playing style. He was never really a one to charge you. I don't charge people either, so whether a shield has FBR or does not matter with regards to my playing style, however if people constantly charge me and Jab/LF switch to GA lock (and are able to get that switch lock), then I'd switch to a shield that hits at least 2 or 3 of the FBR BP's.
