New rule changes

<-> Charges are NOT allowed in Mirror Duels unless agreed upon by both parties

<-> #1 is able to be challenged by anyone on the ladder, but if anyone in the top 4 wants to challenge him they take precedent over a lower ranked opponent.
Thus nulling the lower ranked opponent's challenge.

for future reference, a 2 day extension (would probably need to be ~60h, unless you planned to duel during the wee morning hours...) is too much.
