steve... i must say that he can still challenge up to 2 spots ahead of him @ #6 and should have to do that regardless if #7 is there or not. Would think it be a bit dumb to go ahead 3 spots even when the normal 2 spots ahead is challangeable (if thats a word)

if someone is on hold they cease to exist on the ladder till they are back, hence if u remove him from the ladder ben would be challenging 2 spots up
