New rule changes
<-> Charges are NOT allowed in Mirror Duels unless agreed upon by both parties
<-> #1 is able to be challenged by anyone on the ladder, but if anyone in the top 4 wants to challenge him they take precedent over a lower ranked opponent.
Thus nulling the lower ranked opponent's challenge.
