you wont beat any decent nec or sin with 300 mana on barb lmao, especially without a pool
Maybe.
But I enjoy my time so it doesn't really matter to me

Poolings going to be allowed, and wont be up for debait. All other realms depend on pooling since they dont have hacked charms, limiting mana pots does discourage some budget or perm chars as already mentioned which limits people joining, and the duels that literally go down to "out manaing" your opponent are MUCH more inherently defensive, long, retarded, and simply not enjoyable.
Even our team duels are moving towards allowing people to get mana if they need it, getting re bo'd when barb bo's run out, etc, and this is exactly the way we should be moving. The way that promotes what 99% of the community considers fun and enjoyable.
So on that note, I will not be changing the mana pot rule. If you really dont like it, your free to not participate.
I don't have an issue with it.
To be 100% honest, I don't care what so ever about either of these things.
I am just talking about options.
People take d2 duels too seriously.
I know we have rules for a reason, but some of them are just not needed. 10 pages of arguing about medi, mana pools, and charges is just...too much lol.
You made a decision about pooling, do it for medi, and charges.
I am unsure if I missed it but I am not sure if you did on the charges.
Make a poll for it like you did with medi and then there is no argument

Also, just to mention it, a 300-500 mana barb would be unuseable just because between leaps, teleports, wws, wcs, etc you will mana yourself mid series of attacks, pool or not lol
I am well aware of the difficulties of a 300-500 mana barb. I run one
