It's not fair that h2k, rtb or other people sign up for a tournament if they don't got enough time.
and, what is even worse, that they don't even post here or contact me. the only one who did that via pm, was RTB.
especially because nearly noone provides any information about his current state of affairs

Tour lasts 1 month.
say 20 people take part.
1st week- each player must of made atleast 5 duels.
2nd week-each player must of made atleast 10 duels

because i also know people that start their duels in the 2. week & finish it pretty fast
