Barbarianking has been around for a long time, I even told him to tell TW what the rules and translate for them.
I believe it's a miss conseption, I know pub games barbs prebuff, not everyone is familiar with GM BVB rules.

I know TW players use a translator, a rules chart they won't be able to see what it means.

this is very very true back in classic we would buff 31/31 bo shout for proper bvb fun it was better than just going bare skin.

I kind of agree with both sides but lets not forget he refused to show me his inventory after our match saying he wanted to keep it a secret until after the tourney but that's my fault for not making a big deal about it as this was my first tourney and didn't want to step on any toes. Also I think there should be a rule that you cant have any open inventory slots they have to be filled with charms.

If he don't want to show inventory, request a ref.

I ref for Neffallen last night because he didn't want to show inventory to Godsassassin. I respect that, you don't want to show your build, get a ref.

Soldiers seen what I use and I'm probably request him again to ref for me.
