i agree.

if someone is too busy to duel, that's fine, but they should be polite to the other people on the ladder and either concede the challenge, go on vacation status, or drop from the ladder.

this goes for everyone on the ladder. it's quite rude to hold other people up. the point of this ladder is to duel, not to wait for other people to be available to duel
