a.) It's always been that way.

And that answer I think we can all agree is just retarded....

b.) It lowers ias which is bm in melee vs melee

Well I'd answer either

a.) melee has always been considered things like bvb and zeal who have always had rules to make a "fair" duel. When in reality they mean a duel that takes no skill.

b.) so? We can both use it on each other, it just adds one more skill to the field.

I would think the person who runs this thread is who decides if it's up for discussion.
