i suggested Regular as the tag inbetween, just like they do in poker forum.

active = active
regular would be active members who have shown trust

just like in poker forum if a trusted or med nominates an active to be raised to regular, then a pm is sent to all trusted/meds for a vote "yes" "no" or "null"(null used if person admits they could be bias towards decision)(say if my brother was up for nomination i would null)

we also need to get a 100% finalized version of what "gm" dueling rules are
audacitys rules are complete bullshit with many loopholes that war knows about just to get the advantage in team dueling



ill look over ur case with amie to see if u deserved to be welcher tagged or not, ill pm u when shes awake and we've talked about it
about the tmc, unless he has proof (hypercam/fraps video) he shouldnt be making accusations especially when others say u dont tmc

He agreed to a blind gm ft5, when both characters agreed on blind chars. When taysd2jsp showed up in game on a daydreamer, RDJ would not duel him and left the game without paying. This is a forfeit quite obviously.

My opinion of a players legitimacy has nothing to do with this thread as it is an objective thread that go's for welchers. So I'm not going to bring my opinions of how a dueler chooses to play the game.

The choices and opinions on his welch I sent off before I dueled him. I payed him too when I lost.

im not even friends with rdj, i have just dueled him a fair amount and he's ALWAYS sent fg. its no fun dueling against certain chars, putting 1 of the VERY FEW people who actually duel on the welch list cause he didnt want to duel some auradin with 20 hard points in light resist is just stupid imo.

as for having a good set of rules...yeah you should ask me or marvel for that...the ones stickied are a complete joke. they leave out so many things and allow some REALLY dumb shit.

accepting to duel blind and getting a bad character matchup sucks, i know first hand it does
but i am not a baby and cry about it, ill take my loss and then pay, which i have done on more then one occasion for more then 25 fg


and i would like to state now rdj has told me he is going to try and get me a welcher tag and his reasoning behind this is rediculous
since he refused to duel me and he got his tag i have not agreed to duel him nor would i like to.
he is a childish and disrespectful person and i see no point in wasting my time with him

there is a HUGE difference in what i just did and what he did...him and i had an agreement and he broke it.
i am stating now before any bullshit comes up i have no desire to waste anymore of my time with this user and i wont.
