i figured it was an assumption that we are not pubs and have no need for hybrid runewords

they allow them on SvS ladder, and i would never think it was bm to use them... i mean if a specific ladder says no hybrid rw then i understand but, as far as 1v1 gm goes, ive never seen anyone complain or ask to see a r/w
