the reason for this is so he can control the next time he duels, by challenging one down he doesnt lose that much position then being challenged by the person 2 down from him, this way he can wait till the 3 days after losing is over
and then beat the guy below him that he challenge and then rechallenge the person above him

if this isnt the reason then hes trolling tet lol (not letting him duel 2 spaces above)
