My 2 cents is alot of ppl think the Dodge Rule is so bad but it really a means of progress. Just because its pulled on you doesn't make you a puss. It means someone is better prepared with more time to BvB than them Dodged. Ppl gotta start looking at the whole picture because everyone has a chance to progress up the Ladder at any given time. Its usually the more Jsp/D2 active that do better for odvious reasons and you gotta accept that if your gonna duel in this Ladder.
Yeah everything is cleared up now and I told him my reasons for doing so and I know he sees the big picture.

(EVERYONE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY)Dodge rule: Invoked after 3 days by the CHALLENGER, IF and ONLY IF the CHALLENGED PERSON never replied to the initial pm. Always send a private message to your opponent on the day you issued a challenge against him, or else the dodge rule will not be granted to you!
Forfeit rule: After 10 days, no matter what the situation is, a duel is voided and if deemed necessary, the win is granted to one of the opponents, to the admin's discretion (if someone was stalling the duel, and the other was available and ready etc.).
Challenge rule: The winner of a challenge has priority in his next challenge.
The person who loses will have to wait 24 hours before challenging again, allowing the others to challenge him, to avoid those situations when people challenge immediately after their duel, consequently not giving a chance to the lower ranked players to move up.
Inactivity: If your last seen status is 14 days or more, you will be automatically removed from this ladder, even if you haven't been challenged.
