Only rule we have ever changed was recently wen we reduced the rep life limit from 30 to 22. And that rule change is bolded at the top of every ladder update
But no I'm not surprised that someone might ask whether or not a foi is allowed because it's a legit question but for u to say we'll allow it then ban it because he'll win with it just doesn't make sense since that has never happened with any item on this ladder.

And overall the regular faith is probably better than foi. Foi basically gives u one more socket due to you not needing a 40/15 and it gives 20ds ~ 5-6% higher chance to do dbl dmg. But you sacrifice alot of dmg and base Ed. Foi would b godly with fort in a zva setup

Foi was discussed by all the meds, and a lot of the founding participants of this ladder. No one perceived it to be bannable based on its mods, or its inception. The issue was closed cause its a 20k fg item, not many zons can even afford it.
Had you asked someone here who's been here a while, you could have learned this. Instead you flamed every med here with any influuence. You don't know me, or vice versa, but I've been involved with this ladder since we killed the previous one. And you flamed me by saying what you said.
Idc what you say here, but don't diss the meds who've been running this ladder, the most active pvp ladder on jsp right now without due diligence. Open a flame war here and you will be reported.
Fyi I've yet to see more than 2-3 flames in this thread with 4k posts. And in 2 years, I've yet to see jer angry. So if your presense incites flames, I won't tolerate it, this as a very gm ladder, and I intend to keep it that way on my watch.
