since the Carloso / NoPain duel was supposed to be over by oct. 6th and ed has clearly been messaging him, and hes not responding/replying at all does this mean he gets the win?

No, Carloso has untill the 9th to duel. Ed can call Dodge on him on the 9th (Since its been in PD for 3 days by then) though and get his spot since he failed to duel. Or it can go as Nullified on the 5th day and no ranks are changed and they suffer a 24hr challenge ban where they are unable to challenge for a day but are able to get challenged.
