no, and as u see my team havnt done alot of duels either! but u cant change the rulesetup during a tour people have paid to participate in! ^^
then atleast people can choose to get their fg back and leave ^^

but then again u can also be the "Boss" as tour host and say! hey that team didnt do fuck to make this duels happend.. CU team

Thought we have been up to duels every second day at least. They haven't been ready for them even once, seems pretty inactive to me.
