because  55% slow never used by anyone it doesnt mean that it is bm  it is still crap to use 55% slow on your char  since you lost a lot of things  you lose almost all breakpoints on  ias  you lose  frw  you lose life  dmg  DR  almost everything

so keep crying if you want
