why should I drop today?

EDIT:

I don't like the fact that I will drop down and rugzy will get my spot because he hasn't been on to duel me. Basically this means I could challenge someone above me and then not come online for 2 days and move up a rank.

I would like to have our duel as soon rugzy gets on but if that is not possible I would rather have the match dropped from pending and not lose position.
