not good if you use wartravs, because by the time u can use this, 103str req, ull already have 125 from war travs + titans (only 133str req for -15req monarch)
if u put those jewels in the armor then u have to have 2x 40/15's in helm, unless ur not using gmb which is a bad idea imo
if u really want to use those jewels there best off in a helm where the str will be added before u have to reach the 103 req
just my 2 cents

Normally I would agree but AngryDiana is first and foremost ZvA.
I have higher STR than normal due to a swap involving Pheonix Monarch for vs Trappers and sometimes other casters.
(Great way to pump Light Fury Dmg) Especially if you own Rare/Eth/Cruel/Reps.

The Armor is setup nicely for what I am forced to do ><
