It has always been delayed after you transform out of bear

here is a druid that uses sw cano often

can check his vods for sw cano kills, i would but working atm xd

Why would you not allow demon limb? Its a balance item. Without it you need to build a 0fcr tank. Stop thinking bvb and such, this is tvt and pubs and 1v1 and such.

Why cap ow? If its 50% or 100% does not mean shit. 50% gonna trigger, and 100% dont deal more dmg. Again this sounds like a stupid bvb rule.

And i agree, let some slow into the game ^^
