DEADLINE has been reached.
I will remove the people with missing duels, until we got a balanced charter,
from the biggest amount of missing duels to the smallest amount.

if there are a very few duels missing, we can expand the deadline

let me see.

1. person that will be kicked: Hoffmann013 - 12 missing duels
2. person that will be kicked: Matshatnenkleinenpenis & kacefir - 4 missing duels
