not important for conc, cuz ias besides weapon also work for conc

110% positive it is 34% ias for the 4 frame bp (max) on a berserker axe for ww.

he has now been afk 4 days 14 hours from jsp. He hasn't even signed in.
He was pm'd on the 6th for the challenge and he was pm'd on the night of the 9th that I was invoking the dodge rule
