Everyone here crying about it cause my Lvl 1 prayer hdin 5-0'd all the way to #1 and defended multiple times, all used the same excuse even though they all had advantages, saddest excuse ever, I'll use any char and beat anyone here on their HDIN and they can even max prayer I could care less, people just love crying when they can't find a way to beat someone's strategy.

How about when you get someone to 1/4 and they go to "medi" go chase and finish off, almost any char can do 1/4 in 1-2 hits or they atleast have good enough pressure from char class (trappers) to continue pressing rather than sit and l8z ALLOWING the pally to rep.

To be honest, it's not so much about meditation being over powered as much as it promotes defensive play. I don't really care either way to be honest, but that's the way I would look at it.

The charges thing has to remain "if both players agree", can't just allow charges all the time. Also, why is oak any different than let's say life tap charges on a barb or lower res charges on an elemental damage character?
