my #1 Frost nova sorc uses 753 Cold resistance.
i use several stack items.

450 is the max allowed. And one stack item xD that rule makes sense.

well when my 10k blizz does 2 damage i think ill know xD but good luck with that. did you honestly build one yet or just riding the wave?
